Odin Scan ("the Service") provides automated smart contract security analysis using artificial intelligence models. The Service is designed to assist developers in identifying potential vulnerabilities in their code.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to circumvent any usage limits, subscription restrictions, or technical protection measures
• Not reproduce, modify, or distribute our analysis results without attribution
• Not use the Service to analyze malicious code or code intended for malicious purposes

Regarding security analysis results:

• Results are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by qualified security professionals
• We do not guarantee that the Service will detect all vulnerabilities, security issues, or bugs
• The Service is not a substitute for professional security audits, code reviews, or testing
• Severity ratings are estimates based on AI analysis and should be validated in the context of your specific use case

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to: merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

Ownership and rights:

• You retain all rights to your source code submitted for analysis
• We do not claim ownership of any code or analysis results generated from your code
• The Service, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by Odin Scan and protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice
• Terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
